The Client
Jamie Berman is a Money Manifestation Coach with a strong digital presence, including 6,300+ email subscribers and 6,000 Instagram followers. At the beginning of 2025, she launched a new round of her 12-month group coaching program, Money Manifestation Movement, focused on helping entrepreneurs shift their money mindset and grow their businesses without burnout.

Jamie and her team needed clarity, consistency, and more automation implemented in their client journey. Their existing process lacked visibility, leaving both the team and clients uncertain about next steps. By auditing the workflow, documenting tasks, and creating a visual map of the journey, we built a streamlined process with new automations that improved client experience and internal efficiency.
Challenges
The team struggled to fully understand the client journey from start to finish. Automations weren’t clearly mapped, and renewals were especially difficult to track and manage:

Solutions Implemented
We worked closely with the team to document, audit, and redesign the client journey. A visual roadmap and new automations provided clarity and consistency:​​​​

Conducted a process audit with the team using Loom tutorials and written SOPs

Audited backend automations and integrations for accuracy

Built a visual outline in Google Drawings to map the full client journey, including client-facing, backend, and internal team tasks

Collaborated with the client to refine client touchpoints and improvements

Automated renewal notice sequence starting 2 weeks before program end​
